PILLOWS / TEXTILES
We do provide many options for in-stock pillows. However, if you order a pre- order pillows please expect 15 business days for your pillow to be made. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
All of our artwork is shipped to you directly from the print shop. A tracking number will be provided to you once shipped. Artwork is made to order therefore non-refundable.
Seasonal items are non returnable after the Holiday season.
Our design team is available to assist you with sending samples, measurement guidance, and graphic design so you can envision the piece in your home before purchasing.
For this reason, all furniture, rugs, art, and lighting are non-refundable. If for some reason you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet shipped, we would be happy to issue a store credit to go towards finding another piece that fits your space that is similar in price. You will be responsible for paying the difference for any item that cost more than the original item.
ALASKA & HAWAII
At this time we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience!
SHIPPING TO CANADA
All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Customers are responsible for import taxes, carrier fees, and customs declarations. Please allow 10-14 additional business days for delivery.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive damaged, we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible or issue you a refund. Please send us an email with pictures of the item.
All returns must be sent back to Ann Marie & Co. within 10 days from delivery. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, not including shipping and handling. After 10 days you will be reimbursed with a merchandise credit that you can use online or in store. Return Labels will be deducted from original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged.
- Artwork is non-refundable.
- Custom work is non-refundable.
-Vintage items with cracks and imperfections are non-refundable.
